1. Who we are
TopSyllabus is owned and operated by Innopas Technology Solutions Private Limited, 8th Floor, South Tower, KRM Plaza, No. 2 Harrington Road, Chetpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600031 ("Innopas", "we"). This notice explains what personal data we collect through TopSyllabus, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not show advertisements to students.
2. What we collect and why

We share data only with the student's school (where it subscribed), service providers who work for us under contract, and authorities where the law requires.
3. Children
For students under 18, we obtain the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian before using the student's data. Until a parent consents, we do not record the student's practice or use AI features. The parent exercises the rights below on the student's behalf.
4. Your rights and withdrawing consent
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance.
You can withdraw consent at any time from the "Privacy and consent" page in your account, or by emailing [email protected]. After withdrawal, we stop using the data and delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.

We reply to every request within 90 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
This notice is available in English and, on request, in any language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India.
